1. Programme Overview

The Cognitive Architecture Mapping Programme (CAM) is a REDACTED research initiative operating under the Applied Intelligence Division. The programme objective is the development of high-fidelity neural profile models from consenting participants, for application in REDACTED and related inference systems.

Phase II expanded participant intake to RD individuals across RD cohort groups. Session methodology, consent framework, and post-session retention protocols follow the standards established in Phase I and subsequently revised per the REDACTED review of RDCT.

This document summarises Phase II outcomes for internal review purposes. It is not intended for external disclosure.

2. Consent and Retention Framework

All Phase II participants provided written consent under the standard CAM Participant Agreement (version 3.1). The agreement covers session participation, data collection, and post-session retention of derived cognitive models (“neural profiles”).

Consent boundary — post-session retention: Participants consent to indefinite retention of their neural profile for programme research purposes. Secondary use rights, including deployment in non-research contexts, are governed by Schedule C of the Participant Agreement. Schedule C is available upon request to participants. It is not reproduced in this document.

Neural profile fidelity is assessed on a 0.0–1.0 scale. A fidelity score of 0.92 or above is classified as suitable for substrate transfer readiness evaluation. Participants below this threshold are archived for supplementary sessions if programme capacity permits.

Note: “Substrate transfer readiness” refers to the evaluated capacity of a neural profile to maintain cognitive continuity in an alternative processing environment. Assessment criteria are defined in the Phase II Technical Annex (REDACTED).

3. Phase II Participant Summary

The following table summarises Phase II participants assessed during the review period. Identifying information has been replaced with participant reference codes per standard internal anonymisation protocol. Full participant records are held in the REDACTED secure archive.

Ref. Cohort Sessions Fidelity Score STR Status Archival Status
P2-001 RD 4 0.87 Not evaluated Archived — Long-term retention
P2-002 RD 6 0.94 Suitable Archived — Long-term retention
P2-003 RD 3 0.81 Not evaluated Archived — Long-term retention

P2-008 RD 6 0.91 Suitable Archived — Long-term retention
P2-009 RD 12 0.99 Suitable — Priority Transferred to active deployment

STR = Substrate Transfer Readiness. “Suitable” indicates fidelity ≥ 0.92 and successful completion of the Phase II technical assessment protocol. Details in Technical Annex RDCT.

4. Phase III Recommendations

Based on Phase II outcomes, the programme recommends proceeding to Phase III with expanded cohort intake. Priority criteria for Phase III selection have been updated to weight REDACTED more heavily in the initial screening process.

The Phase III consent framework is under review by REDACTED. Proposed revisions to Schedule C will be circulated to REDACTED prior to intake commencement.

Deployment outcomes for P2-009 are subject to a separate review process and are not within the scope of this document.
